There is consistent advice available from social media experts on how to construct a tweet that will maximize interaction.

 

When writing tweets, you always want to be thinking "headline."  Good tweets are short and engaging, just like front pages of the New York Post.

 

 

Your tweets should be original and genuine expressions of your opinions, knowledge, and expertise.

 

Very good tweets provide valueprovoke thought, and create a sense of urgency.  This will improve the chances that readers will click through links, quote or retweet your tweets.

 

Finally, you want to enhance the readability of your tweets, so make sure to use few hashtags and use URL shorteners.
